Most problems related to chronic back-pain could be due to high-levels of stress and RSI (repetitive stress injuries arising from continuous use of computers, or any professional hazard) and wrong postures, sedentary lifestyle. As the stress may manifests as back pain usually you are give pain relievers, which give you temporary relief, continued use of it may lead to side effects (specific to kind of pain killers),and other problems may arise, unless the root cause of the problem is addressed.
Of late we hear lot of people at very young age complain of Back ache. It is becoming a night mare for the health professionals as there is no permanent cure
We hear lot of people say –“ nothing is physically wrong with me, I showed it to a physician, an orthopedic surgeon, they asked me to do a X ray, an MRI scan and a scan, all are normal”. I wonder what is wrong.
This is the usual dialog one has with oneself when they get struck with back pain with no remedy other than taking pain killers. Doctors are also helpless except to ask you to continue taking the pain killers when ever it becomes unbearable.
People are very aware now about the side effects of analgesics including acidity, kidney problems, associated problems of the intestine and the stomach. This is because according to modern medical science the treatment lies in treating symptoms as opposed to tackling the root cause of the problem.
