Yoga can be done six days a week by those who are in good health. One should keep one day for rest. Traditionally every New Moon day and Full Moon day are considered as the days of rest for physical part of Yoga and are good for meditations. A normally healthy person can practice postures at least 3 days a week for the benefits to hold and leave lasting mark.
