Yoga can certainly make one taller. It is a great practice to elongate body through various poses. Especially back bending poses are boon to keep the spine straight, coupled with forward bends and followed by side twists that will complete well oiled daily routine. Yoga’s central focus is the spine that is supposed to be straight, flexible and healthy thus showing youthful appearance of the yogi.
