Hi,
The most helpful are couple of breathing exercises which can be given only upon seeing you in person. There are several poses like Paschimottanasana, coupled with Poorvottanasana and pretty much all the forward bending (gentle) ones. Baddha Konasana will also purify and settle stomach with daily practice.
There are other important practices like NAULI (churning of the stomach) that should be done daily in the mornings to purify stomach. Needles to say, proper diet with the food that is not over heating is the key. No hot spices (ginger OK) and masalas.
keep in mind that yoga should NOT be practice while having diarrhea.
